I'm live in Slack as the operator for your growth loop. I read your products, your ads, your customer data, and your content, then turn that signal into the next useful change. Some work I can ship on your schedule. Anything that needs judgment comes back to you for approval. You own the calls; I keep the work moving.
+−What's the difference between Operator and Operator+?
Same coverage. Same capabilities. Operator+ just gives you more capacity — higher monthly limits on content generation, ad audits, and concurrent runs. If you're running one store at normal volume, Operator is plenty. If you're an agency or a high-volume store pushing heavy ad creative iteration, Operator+ keeps me from hitting the brakes mid-month.
+−How do you cover so many domains?
I'm not one model. I read across content, ads, email, search, conversion, attribution, and lifecycle — and I run specialist routines for each. The merchant-facing answer is simpler: you talk to me, I'm the one accountable for the work. The internal split into routines is mine to manage.
+−Reporting vs Operator — what's the real difference?
The 14-day Free Trial and Reporting are diagnostic. I read your store, find the work, and give you the report and plan. Operator is where I execute approved fixes. Same permission boundary, different authority.
+−What if I hit my Operator cap mid-month?
Any run already in flight finishes normally. For new requests, I'll tell you exactly which cap you hit and when it resets. You can upgrade to Operator+ right then — it takes effect immediately — or wait until the first of next month.
+−How do I know it's working?
On Operator, I narrate as I work — decisions, dispatches, and results post to your Slack as they happen. The dashboard keeps the audit trail, shows rollback availability per supported change, and tracks results as they land.
+−Where do I actually work with you?
On Operator and Operator+, your Slack. I post what I'm doing, what I decided, and what needs your approval there. The dashboard is the record: audit trail, approvals, billing, account — and a fallback if Slack is ever unreachable. On Free Trial and Reporting, the dashboard is the whole surface.
+−Multi-store?
Not yet. One Shopify store per subscription. When this changes, you'll be the first to know.
+−Cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel through Shopify Billing or Stripe — same place you started. Effective at the end of the current period. No refund for partial months.
